Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item – Return Policy
In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@auroraeyoga.com with an explanation for your return. We will provide a return authorization number and replace the item at no charge.
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item you receive, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following:
a. Items must be in original manufacturers packaging
b. We do not reimburse shipping charges
c. Include your order, invoice and return authorization number on outside
of packaging
